KAMANDAG ng Pasko Update: Email of Ricca

In collaboration with Kamandag Mountaineers Group, we, the Erratus Group are proceeding with our Community Service that will take place this December, no definite date yet because we’ll still discuss the final plans this Sat. But we’re thinking to have it on Sunday (since most offs fall on weekends) of December, let’s say from 4pm – 8pm. So that everyone can join, even the people coming from the 1st shift and the night shift group.

Here’s a draft of the details:

*Target group – Street children/people from Luneta. (We’ll also do a survey this Saturday to estimate the population of the people that we’re going to cater.)
Feeding program – we’ll serve full meal (dinner) kasi po hapon na ‘yun, probably yung masarap na food kasi minsanan lang naman sila makakatikim ng decent meal.
Gift-giving – in forms of food like rice and canned goods para valuable talaga sa kanila. (of course, donations are welcome, old toys, mga bnigay ng ex nyo na stuff toys, pede po yun, old clothes and shoes, etc na nde nyo na gnagamit)

Iyan yung pag-uusapan naming ni Thots with Andro this Saturday, so if you have any bright ideas how we will make this activity successful or reactions, pkiemail na lang po. Para madagdag nmin sa agenda ng meeting. And since we’ll be doing a survey this Saturday, we encourage you guys kung free kau to attend the meeting. 3pm po sa UST football field hehe. Then punta ng Luneta afterwards.

Merci beaucoup.

Diversion of Pulag Post Climb to "KAMANDAG ng Pasko"

Hi guys,

Just wanna be transparent with regards to the Pulag Fund we collected. I attached the excel document for much detailed breakdown of expenses. If you have any question feel free to ask me.

Supposed to be the remaining fund will be used for our post-climb. But due to the reason that few person had responded to the survey in my multiply account and schedules become conflicts. We decided to put the fund for charity service. If you have any question pls. let me know I can return your remaining 1175 / 29 = 40.52 Php per person. :)

We are currently planning you for a new project "KAMANDAG ng Pasko". Everyone is invited to join. Where in there will be a feeding program and gift giving to some depress area around the metro. You may voluntarily share your contributions. This is not just for mountaineers like us. But also open to those who wanted to share their blessing to less fortunate this coming Christmas. Let make this happen.

Wait for the announcement of date and location of community service.

You can actually hire a jeep to take you directly to the jump off point. At the Tanay public market, catch a ride going to Pililia and ask the jeep to take you to Barangay, Malaya (near the Barangay Hall). From there, you can ask locals for the street going to the jump-off point. There are locals living around the area so you can ask for directions. It’s safe to trek Sembrano all year round. There is one major fork after leaving the wide trail coming from the village. Take the right trail.
